It has come to our attention that some users whom purchase their Papago R5800, Z880 or Z-820 not distributed by EastGear has came to seek Warranty Registration, Software and SLA Map updates in MyPapago.com.
SLA (Singapore Land Authority) Map is a Licence Paid Map that consist of 100% Singapore Address and Postal Code.
Only Devices distributed by EastGear that come with EastGear warranty Stickers will receive Technical Support services, Software and SLA Map Updates.
All such users whom device number that do not matches our Database will be remove without notification.
In order to receive Warranty Support, Software and SLA Map updates, please ensure that the Papago Devices you are purchasing come with EastGear Warranty stickers.
